I bought a Racold 5L water heater from our local shop store. The winter season had already fallen and we needed a heater to make bathing more frequent. However, the experience with this water heater is a nightmare. After the installation, it ran smoothly for 2 months and then it all began. First, the led blew out. Secondly, sound when the heater was on amplified. I called the service centre. They fixed the issues and again it was back to normal. However within two weeks , a new problem arose. I felt shock while touching running water. It really terrified me and I immediately complained. They said it was normal and I was puzzled really whether to believe them. This continued for a month. Then, one fine day, the heater went dead completely after the fuse went out. It was such a terrible experience with Racold that I switched to a different brand.
Conclusions: I will tell you to stay away from this product sold by this brand and go for better ones that are value for money and will last you long enough.
