True that Mani has lost his magic, does not come anywhere near Roja where in aterrorist attack and Kidnap of a professional was so beautifully enacted by the artists in the movie nor a beautiful love story in Alaipayuthe.. or a little girl's trauma of her search for a mother in a terrorist land in Kannathil muthamittal."Raavan" lacks to hold the audience attention nor conveys any message.Its just hamming by Abhishek and a constipated look by aishwarya all the way.Dnt know whats Vikram is upto these days after his remarkable movies like Sethu, Pithamagan and Anniyan
Some brainy fans may go blind on all those aspects and try to hold on to the movie, pretending to understand a message not conveyed anywhere. After all the hype created around it ...the only worthy aspect is the great landscape and awesome photography by Santosh Sivan.
Music is ok...quite repetitive of ARR. Sorry guys but Raavan sucks! !!
My advice :Try avoiding the movie if u can!!! really not worth the aspirins u will take after the movie...
