This is the worst furniture store I have ever seen. Review on Raasi Furniture Stores, Bangalore

Recently I have purchaseda cot from these guys(Rasi Furniture, Near Kasturi Nagar Ring Road, Bangalore). Since I want to use the storage space under the cot as a bed for my kids I have placed an order with them with an arrangement to make small sliding cot instead of storage. Thy have quoted Rs 14000 and promised delivery in 10 Days. At the time of booking they have promised me of good quaity and other things to make the sliding cot also strong. I have waited for 15 days and there is no call from them. From then my struggle started, I have called them many times and that manager of the store(Mr. Satya) has given all types of promises but never kept thier word. Finally I have got a call saying that the cot is ready and they wanted to deliver immediately, I have told them that I want to check the cot before the delivery.

When I visited their shop to my surprise the cot model is different from what I have opted for. Since there is no option I have selected some other cot, which is readily available and asked them deliver. They have delivered the same next day, but could not fix the same as they have not got the nuts to fix. To my shock they have also broke some exterior of the cot during the delivery(Very poor quality).

But the delivery guys convinced me that their carpenter will visit me next day and fix the things, So I have paid the full amount(Another big mistake I have done by paying full). This next day never came and after making so many calls(Around 40 calls) by hearing all false promises from this manager finally one carpenter(may be not carpenter) came and cut a big hole(Now all strongness as gone) to fix the supporting board and to my shock he also did not bring the correct nuts. Again I have made so many calls and finally visited the shop. After shouting at that guy(Mr. Manager) some one else sitting there promised to fix the things next day and finally it is fixed.

This process took almost 2 months. This shop is located on Ring Road next to Kasturi Nagar which is near Rammrthy Nagar and K.R.Puram railway Station.
