I went to raajnet because I needed it at my place of business and I needed something that wasnt too Expensive, No Major Downloading was needed, Just browsing and looking for Data, So called the Rep, Paid rs 500 for Activation and 570 for 1 mbps Plan, Connection came within 3-4 Days, the Connection was done, it worked as promised for 20-24 days, then One Day Connection went off, I called Customer Care who Picked the Call and the rep said Outage in my Area, Will be restored in 3 Hours.


Nothing happenned, even after 24 hours Internet Access was not Provided, the Service Centre for Raajnet was in the same Street that I lived, So I went there and the guy said that Cables were all cut by the Local Councillor, Funny ACT was there and so was Airtel no cables cut for them, Only for Raajnet Cables were cut it seems, I said when it will come, said in 3 Days Max, One week nothing changed and then when I went again and asked said they are shifting out of the Area, What a response, over 100-150 Connections there and they casually said they are shifting out, No Customer Service, No Apologies, Nothing, I asked if the Connection can be transferred to my Place 2 Streets away, said it can be done, got my details, said will call, No call after 3 weeks, No sms, No Nothing, this is the sick attitude of this ISP called Raajnet, this is Customer Service of the Worst Order, Humble request, Dont go for Raajnet, they are the worst ISP u will find! if ur looking for a Cheap ISP, Go for tikona but Raajnet Never!
