I use Raajnett and took 6 month plan starting 18 Feb 2016. From past 1 month my internet is not working. I am totally frustrated from calling to customer care daily. I also do send mail to support. In email they do not respond at all.
And customer care gives same answer we are forwarding to technical team it will be resolved with in 1 day or 2 days. But still no technician looked into the issue.
TKT160429120 - Raised on 29th April 2016 still not resolved. This is not first time, there was similar issue sometime back which they resolved in 15 days. And now world record for worst service by not resolving from more than 1 month. It happens frequently, weekly twice or thrice I get message of network outage due to some reason and internet goes down for 8-10 hrs. There is no proper process to escalate this.
