So heres my experience with both the online stores.
I downloaded both the apps 4 days ago at the same time. Made an account on both, and uploaded an ad regarding the camera that I wanted to sell. After the ad was posted, I got reply on that ad within 10 minutes on olx.
A day passed and I got total 8 to 10 replies from some poeple regarding camera selling ad. On the other hand, no replies on quikr. I managed to sell to one buyer at a reasonable rate, and I meet him another day, he checked the camera and paid me in cash. I was very happy with it, and I market the ad as item sold in olx app.
I didn't remove the ad from quikr, just to test the app, how much efficient it is. 2 days passed and still no reply regarding ad. And just deleted the app. And till I have sold 3 things on olx and it is very easy to use, and to get deals very quickly. And this is how my experience says that, Olx is far better than quikr.
