I was very exited of shopping from Quikr for the first time with door step delivery.But, I made a mistake of shopping from this fraud company.I ordered a refrigerator for ₹14000 for my PG and paid before delivery .It was written that the product is certified and there were good reviews on Google play store on Quikr .so, I ordered that that product very confidently .The delivery of that product was schedulded on 7th April but it was rescheduled to 13th April which was a late delivery .But , There was no problem with that.Now, on 13th April the product arrived in a very big box.The member of Quikr left the product on the box and the left from my home.But, when I opened the box I was totally surprised of watching the condition of the refrigerator.It was totally scratched and in many places the colour of the fridge was gone .The handle of the fridge was broken and the bulb inside the fridge was not working properly.The wire of the fridge was leaving current .This was the worst second hand product I had ever bought.When I contacted to the service executive they told me that the product was totally certified and it doesn't have any scratches on it.What the hell? worst customer service .
