I would like to share my opinion on quaker oats,
I ve been using quaker oats in my breakfast since 2 years and I ve been loving it coz of its taste and its nutritional benefits.

Provides enough energy fr morning chores.
Tasty and healthy.
Easy to cook.
Helps in Maintaining weight
