I went to QI Spine clinic at Karkardooma, Delhi.
My experience at QI Spine was beyond disappointing. Firstly, they withhold crucial information about their exorbitant fees, charging a whopping ~25, 000 rupees for what they claim to be 8-10 weeks of treatment (Saying that they'll add 2 weeks if necessary). They also added that doctors will be calling you twice a week or thrice a week depending upon your condition to which I was fine that they are really concerned about my health. However, they conveniently fail to mention that this fee only covers ONLY 20 classes, which can be completed in just over 6 weeks if attending thrice a week (they'll tell you to come thrice for sure). This is simply not enough time for any substantial improvement, especially concerning back issues. I even asked other patients about this 20 classes thing and even they were unaware about this thing which means they DO NOT tell anyone about it.
Moreover, upon arrival, their primary focus seems to be upselling their own products rather than providing effective treatment. They pressurise patients to purchase products from them like lumbar belts and lumbar supports, while dismissing any existing aids from other brands without valid reason. Their so-called "proprietary" DSA technology is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. With machines frequently out of order(They have 3 machines and they are supposed to work over internet which they do not do most of the times and one of them NEVER DID, like NEVER), it's evident that they prioritize profit over patient care.
To add insult to injury, they demand additional payments for extended treatment without delivering tangible results. They asked me to extend the treatment by 12 sessions and demanded extra 12, 000 rupees for it. Their deceptive practices and lack of transparency are utterly unacceptable.
They even had management issues. I was initially allotted to a senior doctor, Dr. Saloni Agawral but since she changed her time to morning shift and I was a patient of evening shift, I was moved to some other doctor, Dr. Ritambhara Anuragi(Evening shift doctor). I was asked to come at 1 pm or 2 pm sometimes because the senior doctor wanted to see my case and the treating doctor had to be present there at that time. I'm a working professional, it is not possible for me to come to hospital during office hours every now and then. They should've come up with some proper solution instead of saying you'll HAVE TO come. But I don't find it much of an issue if my health is improving (eventually it was not.).
I went to some other physiotherapy clinic and got an instant relief in my pain in 3 sessions because apparently the problem QI spine was treating was not even a problem. They diagnosed that my discs have bulged but it was not the case, my some bone was rotated a little parallel to horizontal axis which was shifted into place and I got INSTANT RELIEF.
In summary, QI Spine is a clinic to avoid at all costs. Save your time, money, and health by seeking treatment elsewhere.
PS: I'm attaching the picture of the page on which these guys explained me their process and nowhere it is mentioned that it covers 20 classes ONLY.
