I watched this movie on the curicity in the title. Quidi band means a music band from jail. The story is an realistic event of someone who spent more than four decades in jail.
Many of the review are based on the storyline. I believe this movie showcase the trials and life of undertrial, who are struggling in the jail's across India. Many may be innocent and still behind bars. Many be be to poor to get a lawyer for getting them bailed out. With the Nexus of power and fame these undertrial life is misserable.
Justice delayed is like denied, similarly undertrial without conviction is just leading to misserable.
A movie that gives social message on the undertrial.
