Customer service makes it hell. They don't have any clock room(like other multiplexes) to put helmet and don't even allow to take inside and don't display any notice outside or near ticket counter.
I went to watch movie Masaan with my helmet it was last show of the day(11.00 PM), security gaurd told me that helmet is not allowed inside(very rudely) I said if possible please keep it with you he said I am not allowed to do so, then I requested him to put just outside with no one's responsibility he said you can't put your helmet here.
I started arguing that you must have displayed some notice that helmets are not allowed then he shows me notice pointing finger inside the lobby which we can not access without buying ticket I asked call your manager I want to discuss the matter because if I would go put helmet four floors down it will late, he told me there is no manager who listen you, you can complain if you want. Then I had to come down four floors and left 20 minutes movie which was around 1.30 hrs.
I have no problem with their policies but I have problem with the service they give us after taking 200-400 bucks. Please choose many other multiplexes like cinepolice, SRS, Waves but avoid PVRs.
