The visit to PVR panvel theatre was a disappointment due to the poor state of cleanliness. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it's imperative that public spaces prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, but this theatre failed to do so. The dirty and unclean Recliner with dirt and stains which led to an itching sensation after sitting in a recliner, making the overall experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The management should have learned from the current situation and taken necessary steps to maintain a clean and safe environment for their patrons. I would not recommend this theatre.
