Since my first visit, PVR has made an impression and it is living up to it till today. It has a lot of good to offer as a multiplex.
Ambiance -
As soon as you enter the PVR area your surrounding is filled with warm light and ambient temperature of about 25 degree Celsius. It is calm and peacefull with people chirping around looking for their food and movie hall. The lobby area where we can sit before entry to the hall begins includes simple, good, and comfortable sitting. Along with wall-mounted televisions that run ads and trailers of upcoming movies. The smell of food is filled in the lobby making it more cheerful. Easy access to washroom and Free drinking water too.
Food -
The food feels fresh though costly. The taste is good and there are enough options for you to choose from. They even deliver it to your seats. Also if you are a member of their loyalty program which is free to join, you get offers and coupon codes. You can even bag a small or medium popcorn for absolutely free with the PVR privileged offers.
Movie Experience -
Best in sound quality as they use Dolby atmos technology. You will actually love the way sound interacts and amplifies your movie-watching experience. The video quality is good too. But it is flawed when dark scenes are introduced in the movie. I remember watching black panther and I cannot even see the face of the character. The picture quality was so poor with dark scenes.
The seats are cozy and comfortable, the temperature is well maintained, and no foul smell. A good cleaning is done before every show that makes our movie experience great.
Trying New Things -
Unlike Inox, PVR is more open to trying new things to engage with customers. It even brings anime movies to India and lots of anime fans are thankful for it. Even I went and watched Dragon Ball Super: Broly on PVR and it was a great experience. Great sound and good animation and PVR's awesome experience made watching movie their a success.
PVR Privileged -
A loyalty membership program anyone can enroll for just by downloading and using the app. PVR gives us great offers from time to time such as free popcorn or a decent discount on movie tickets or food.
The more you use, the more new offers you unlock. This makes the PVR customers loyal and happy for saving a few hundred rupees. It is a great idea.
Overall I would highly recommend you to try watching movies in PVR for the number of benefits you get.
