I went last week to PVR Cinema (TALAASH movie) at 2.50PM show. I reached there well in time, since I had already booked on the net paying a hefty premium for that. At the theatre there were 3 windows open with long Q's in all the windows.
There was no separate Q for those who had made reservations on the net. By the time I reached the window, it was already nearly time for the movie to start. But then the person at the window tells me that I have to go to another window, since at his window he cannot give tickets bought on the net. There were no boards, no signage or anything else guiding us.
The result was that for a suspense movie like TALASH, I missed the beginning. This is very low standard of service for a mall like Orion and Cinemas like PVR
