I used their app to order food. Movie ended, delivery was not given. When asked they just said sorry and said they have problem with app. Money paid was never refunded. I tweeted on the same day but no response. They are the most expensive in India do expect better treatment and honesty, but I guess cheating is in our blood and no amount is good enough for Pvt to be honest.
