I am really surprised to see so many negative comments.and really thought for a second, that should I actually continue writing this.
Till now, I have placed 3 orders.2 out of 3, were superb.once the orders placed, received the products in the next 2-3 working days.that too, after quite some discounted amount.so I am really happy with Purplle and my purchases.there is savings in almost all the items.
But yes, with 1 of the there was quite some struggle.out of 5 products, 4 were delivered in 5 working days, but 1 of the item is still pending.which is now over a month.this was due to non availability of the product.Purplle never mails or calls to inform anytime.one had to keep on chasing.you shall get reply to ur mail only after 3 days of mailing them.now, after a suggestion from my side, they shall be crediting that particular amount in my Purplle a/c.
With all the Positive experience I had, and this Negative one, I still shall go ahead with the Positive Exp.and shall give it a 5 Star.and keep purchasing from here.:-)
