A beautiful thing I like about the service is that you may place order for any spare and I bet you will have to spend the same amount of the product on telephone expenses.
You may place an order for a tap, fibremesh or anything but the executive will mark your order only for a battery. It would be months before you receive the product and high amount of patience is required. You can count the number of times you call their customer care and sometime you would be required to call their service centre to check what the customer service rep says is right.
If you get irate and request escalation you will be routed to a manager who will always attend meetings and when contacted say " I ll look into this immediately". I never know when that immediate will happen. If you want to complain it to HLL they have a fantastic ID which would bounce back your email. Am so much irate and can someone help me to file a case against this company please.... FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE PUREIT WATER PURIFIER.
