Starting from the product to its filters which is mandatory to change every 6 months is curse. You have to spend a minimum 6k to 10K for the filters apart from the maintenance. One of my friend purchased it and he is super pissed with the service too. Once the sensor stops working you will have to pay close to 5K for for getting it repaired.
Above all the customer service is pathetic, they will never take your complain seriously and try to convince you that they will send their representative within 24 hours which never happens and you will have to wait for months to get it fixed or throw it in garbage.
