My number:8754439424 (from Chennai). I never gave a review before for any other products. But now I don't want others to get in to trouble like me. I bought Marvella RO because of only reason it is a Hindustan Product. Contacted Pureit and they forwarded to Udhay(9940467685). Contacted him and he commited that if you pay the Money, I can arrange the service Person to do the installation even at 7am.Then executive came and we bought the product. He gave a bill with just his managers (ie. Udhay) and his phone numbers. There is a column with address but he didnt mention. Even the bill is very local and dont had any info.


Then Demo Person came after 5 days and installed the device. He even didnt check the TDS but the manual shows the TDS should be checked before and after installation. So he checked the TDS.They came with a connector tap which connects our normal tap and the water pipe. He installed and switched on the device.After 20 minutes power was gone and I asked him to check the TDS. He said seems there was no water in Tank so no water came to the purifier. But water was coming in other pipes.he told it will take more than 2 hours and Since power is gone he left after installation.We left to office by switching off the RO and also closed the inlet to RO. Came to home at night and saw the connector pipe which he brought was broken and more water was leaked. Then we called him and told. So everytime We need to have empty vessel to fill the leaking water.After our Home usage we closed the terrace water tank. Then we used Mseal to paste the tap but again water was dropping little. then the demo guy came and told that we cannot get the connector immediately. he again pasted with our Mseal and told that you can use till I get the Connector Pipe.Again he left immediately.


So we switched on the RO and waited for 2hoours. Water was slowly cominng from the Wastage outlet but not from the RO Tap.I got more angry and you know contacted everybody but as ususal Customer care said Demo Person will come but no use. just for the info. Service People comes from unique agencies, chennai-45.One more thing they dint give any feedback form. Udhay is saying it is not my responsibilities if product is sold once. Please dont go for the Product where the Service is not good. It really hurts a lot if Money is wasted without a 1% worth on that.Please dont buy products also directly from the company since know when I ask for the address Udhay is not at all giving his address.He is not even attending the call.

On the day I raised the compliant in Mouthsut, I got a very good response from Pureit and they came at 10:30PM and gave a temporary fix. Next day even it is Sunday 3 technicians came an worked fro 3 hrs and checked everythiing and I was happy with the service. Thanks for Mouthshut and hope Pureit does the same service to all the customers
