First off all, bad plastic and on top of that poor workmanship. That is a perfect combination for disaster.
After I brought the product, fixing it was quite confusing because the illustrations given did not match with the actual product. One the fixing was completed, we started pouring water into it as illustrated and waited for about 15-20 minutes. This is when we got the actual shock. There was a leak in the base tank of the unit. My kitchen floor was covered in water.
When I call the vendor, they say contact PureIt customer support. When I call PureIt support number, no one pickup the call. Not knowing where to go with this, the PureIt Classic 14L water purifier is now lying in a corner.:(
