I bought a office space in plaza 3 in 2006 . Having fully paid by 2009 . They still haven't delivered the project.  The agreement is one sided . they are taking all buyers for a ride. Had I bought anything in 2006 I am sure it would have appreciated and given good returns.

All the dealings are shabby , the building got sealed in 2011 they never informed any buyer .

I think the problem is genetic the Dcm group by nature is fraud and duping investors for ages .
