The pu is located in 11 sector chd near pgi when I went there 1 time I was 15 years old it was very neat and clean there are many facilities available there like sports you can do any game there only thing you have to do is to apply for membership card. The sports field area fees is very less especially for college students from pu affiliated colleges ie the only have to pay 300 rs monthly which is very less as compared to services provided here by the goverment like proper cleaning of field, proper AC where required. The outsider were stoped at main gate to know why they are going to do inside but scotters or bikes are allowed.
The pu in my openion is best for sports practice.
