I'm talking about the customer services that they provide to us. Firstly the customer Care number is always busy on another line after tried much time they pick up your call. Before 1.5 months I applied for an atm MasterCard. I have already one atm card but it's a Rupay card so I can't use this card for out of India's payment. So I wanted an international MasterCard that why I applied in the branch of Punjab national bank, Shakti Nagar. They told me that u can pick your card from here in 10 to 15 days.


Then after 15 days I had gone there but he said that it will take more 4, 5 days to come then I had gone after 10 days then the executive says that ma'am it depends on the branch to branch so it will take more time to come, you will come after 4, 5 days. Then I had gone after 10 days on 19 august 2017 after that I receive my new Mastercard. And the executive said that to me, please block your previous card through customer care service the customer care number is given on your back of the atm card.


Then I had gone to my home after that I called customer care for block my previous card, the customer care executive asking about my verification details then after that he asked me about my problem then I told him that I want to block my previous card then he asked me the reason of blocking the card. I told him that I have a new MasterCard so that I want to block previous one. After that he asked about last 4 digits of my old card numbers, I took him properly and I received the message with the complaint number that your card is hotlisted. Then I want to start I my new card services so that I have one green pin that was valid for 72 hours. In between time you have set your new atm pin through net banking or pnb atm. Then I tried through net banking to setup my new pin but it wont be set because it showed that your card is. Hotlisted please apply for new card through pnb branch.


After that I had gone to pnb atm to setup my new pin but it also shows your card is hotlisted then after that I called pnb customer care service he told me that your card is not active through your branch so go to your branch and they will help you then again I had gone on 21 august 2017 on my branch he linked my card and told me that your card is blocked ( hotlisted) through pnb customer care. I told him the full story of called with customer care service then he told me that mam he blocked your both card old one and also new one by mistake. You have to apply for the new card again because once the card is blocked then it will cant be unblocked again.


I told him that it is not my mistake then he told me, ma'am, I think the customer care executive cant understand your problems its shows sum misleading. Then I have no other option so I again applied for the new card again. I wanna say that I was a very worst experience from pnb customer care service. I won't call again in any situation. How can some do like this, if he not understands my problem he can be asked me again. So it was a very bad experience for me. Then I complained about that guy also nd also tell him that there is no deduction of any amount from my account of new Mastercard that I never used because it was blocked through your fault there is no fault of mine.


Otherwise, the phone banking is good you get all the messages of deduction or submission or others offers. There is not much atm availability in my areas so will always go to another area. Internet banking is good for this bank. But it has a bad customer care services. That will won't help you properly.
