Panjab National Bank, I havent so much good experience with their service to their customers.I am a customer of this bank from 2011, since then bank working and service has remain worst.
When I had to active my Net Banking service they have taken weeks.
Only the Good one aspect is if you lost your ATM card then you can get it easily, once I lost my ATM card, I just blocked it and go to my home branch and they provided me ATM card within 2 hours.
Few days ago I was trying to link my PNB Master Debit with Paypal, but it failed. I contacted their online customer support they said me to contact Branch bank and when I visited branch they said contact on toll free number, what a dull bank.
They have an Official Android App for online banking, believe me it doesn't even work on 3G. So I installed, tried for few minutes and Uninstalled.
Also the bad aspect is their online services . the ATM card which they provided is a rupay debit card, I can't even do a recharge from this card, neither paytm nor freecharge shows any opinion to payment with rupay card that's why I am not suggesting you to use Punjab national Bank ATM card and one more thing is ATM machine availability is very poor.
So I will not recommend to use Punjab national bank
