My father was prescribed with protinex when he was very much ill. so in his blood and other tests it was found that he lacks protein in his body.
So was suggested Protinex powder by the dr.
It worked good and filled the requirement of protein.
I have seen body builder also uses it.
Its taste is ok though vanilla flavor but not very tasty yet.
It mixes not completely with milk or water.
