Hey buddies, this was my first drink when I started gym and firstly I want to tell you that this powder is not for the people who exercise hard everyday. This is for he people who are not taking there diet properly or there diet has lack of proteins. I recommend you not to use this product by taste and health purpose. By taste it's too bad and from the purpose of the health you have to maintain your balanced diet. Don't depend on the supplements. The diet maintain your health properly not these type of canes powder. If you really care about your health in a light way not in exercise mode so maintain your balanced diet. Use natural products as much as you can.
