Protinex is high protien only for small children not for adolescence and adults. It is looking good from outer side but inside there is less nutrients.The makers ask that it strong bones, give extra energy but nothing will happen. There is written on the box from its makers it is suitable for everyone, But in actual there is only a large portion of sugar as comparative to nutrients.
The producers of this changes the look to attract people. It is little bit costly according to their nutrients. I also buy last year for my son which is 16 year old but not effect will happen.
