My worst experience. Review on Prominent Overseas Careers

I started my communication for a visa process with one of their executive named, Ayushi, I paid for the prescreening process 1500 INR on date 20th Jan 2022. Post the screening, the prominent exec said that the profile is very good and we should proceed. She added we will send you the agreement but you have to pay first.

Hence, I paid 59K and then comes the agreement on date 21 Jan, 2022. This was done in a period of 1.5 day.

And now comes the fun part, there are a few terms for refund policy that I had requested to get removed dated 22 Jan 2022, on which I am following/ debating up with them even after a week of payment, to which they are neither talking about refund nor the concern with my terms.

The only response I am getting is " These are standard terms and you will not fall under those circumstances but no certainty" And when I asked about the certainty by removing the refund clause, they say we can't do it.

I am calling them daily but as per the executive, she has not yet denied my calls or text and she is still attending it should be enough for me - on date 28th Jan 2022. I have all the recorded evidences and emails, anyway.

So, all in all, I chose prominent overseas though it's expensive compared to other consultancies I enquired for, because of the reviews I saw here. But now it seems these are only those bunch who were able to get through not the ones who had any difficulty with prominent and now, I am stuck with my money with them.

I am having a pathetic experience with Prominent overseas as of date 28th Jan 2022.

31st Jan 2022 - Called Ayushi's senior - Mr Sameer. To start with, he was not aware of what was happening in my case, had a heated discussion and again requested him to help me for the next process for refund. He said he would contact me in 24hrs-48hrs.

2nd Feb 2022 - Got a call from Prominent Overseas legal department, told him the story again, he, Mr Sayed, said he will see what's happening on to this.

3rd Feb 2022 - Still no update on my refund process.

7th Feb 2022 - It's been more than 2 weeks, I have no update on my refund. And, I have been calling Ayushi and her senior Mr. Sameer, who is not responding to any of my calls, hence being helpless, I have logged a consumer forum complaint docket number 3271628.

Let's see if I can get help as Prominent is no where interested in listening nor my refund.

Please take a step back and think before moving ahead with Prominent. I pray you don't end up in a situation like mine.
