Here I come again with the worst service by Pristyne Care. Last time I got admitted through Pristyne Care and got my nose surgery done. As soon as I got into the ward, coordinator stopped picking up the call.


I saw at the billing counter and found that 3 more people had the same issue. Checked with hospital staff and few of them told me that this is a 100% scenario where they stop picking up the call or do any help after you are admitted.


Somehow this lady picked up the call for once after 100 of calls. I told this is why I don't trust her. RATHER THAN APOLOGISING, SHE TOLD ME WHY DID YOU GET ADMITTED AGAIN THROUGH US.


After the surgery, doctor told me that there is a cyst in my throat and need to be treated. They asked me to get admitted. Again the same coordinator came and informed us that she will take care of it.


I was not convinced but I wanted the same doctor to treat me so I went to the hospital. There problem comes, she was supposed to get me a private ward but I got a semi-private ward. I denied to get admitted, this lady started begging for her job. I got admitted late night. Later she stopped picking the call.


I was promised by her to get discharged by Sunday so she asked me to get admitted on Saturday evening but Sunday I was informed by another coordinator that it is not possible as it did not complete 24 hours.


Now the question is, why did she ask me to get admitted in the evening when I was ready to get admitted on Saturday morning?


My all set up at home was based on what she had promised.


I asked the other coordinator to pass me to a supervisor and he is not ready to do so. After multiple calls, he made me talk to his supervisor but nothing changed.


Now it's Monday, I called the other coordinator and he is hanging up the calls on me. After multiple calls, he picked up. I asked him to connect to his supervisor and he hung up the call.


I called again and then he made me be on hold for a few mins before connecting the call.


His supervisor is not unable to help me. She has no clue on what to do.
