I got an offer on facebook wall through paid advertisement by PrintStop offering 100 Business cards for Rs 99/- only. I usually buy our cards from VistaPrint.Com and very much satisfied with their paper and printing quality.
After seeing their offer, I decided to placed an trial order with PrintStop.in for 100 business cards. When I uploaded my card design on their portal, it showed me options for Paper Quality and other add on, I opted cards with round corners(which we always use) they charged RS 40/- extra for same and I was OK with it, but at the time of checkout they added the delivery charges(vista Print ships free) and I decided to get away as after adding shipping charges the cards were costing me much higher what I aishwaryasingh23 to VistaPrint.
As soon as I get away with PrintStop portal I got call from them and they offered me a coupon code for free shipping and I placed the order and paid Rs 140/- through Cred824it cards. Order no. 51818 dated 24/1/17
The cards delivered to me on 27/1/17 and the cards were printed on very substandard paper, poor print quality and most annoying was the cards with sharp edges whereas I ordered round corner cards and paid extra for same. I immediately dropped an email informing them about their lapses.
I called up their customer support next day at 10:30 AM as their Delivery envelop shows timings 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon-Sat . A lady picked up the phone and when I explained her my issue she told that the concern girl has not came to office, and I should call back again after sometime(they don't have culture of coming on time and if not for some reason, to call back the customer).
On 28/1/17 I got an email from Ms Deepa @ PrintStop confirming that they have shipped cards without round corner since their cutting machine was not working, and offered to Refund of Rs 40/- what I paid them extra . When I insisted that I don't use sharp edge cards she told me(verbal as well through email) that I should send back the cards and they will get corners cut and ship back. I told her that why should I aishwaryasingh23 for sending the cards back, it is your mistake and you should get the cards picked up for replacement, or refund my full amount for delivering wrong cards.
Now after struggling with them with their unprofessional and non customer friendly behavior for 4 days for a matter of Rs 140/- I decided to allow them to keep the money. So if anyone see any lucrative offer from PrintStop think twice before you place order with them.
