If I need to rate the Doctor here then I would like to give 5-star to Dr. C.S. Yadav. A wonderful and dedicated doctor who motivates his patients and makes them confident too. I got my husband's two surgeries done by him. First surgery is done in January 2022 of THS and now TKS. Both are successful. Thanks, sir.
But I would like to mention here that the hospital you chose to perform your surgeries is no more suitable for you and your patients. I will give it only half star.
This time I got the feeling as if I am in a government hospital or a small colony hospital, where no standards are maintained. Though the hospital is in a prime location of Delhi surrounded by embassies. I faced the following issues for which I gave written complaint too. Later on, I had meetings with MD Dr. Arvind, Asst. MD Dr. Vijay, Operation Manager Mr. Ishwar. But I felt that they are also helpless as few are newly appointed.
I would like to request the higher authorities to look after these issues. Cost cutting is good but not in these matters.
1. The day my husband got admitted in the hospital, the room was not cleaned & washroom was stinking like anything.
2. Patient's bed was not in a proper condition, it was shaking very badly. Though the entire floor was dedicated to patients with orthopaedic issues. Same was the condition of attendant bed.
3. On the second floor no BP machine was functioning well. Three bp machines were used to check my husband's blood pressure before he was to be taken to the Operation Theatre.
(Later new machines were given to nursing staff)
4. If I talk about hygiene and sanitation they are zero. Room walls were too dirty. Even floors were not cleaned properly (all pics attached).
5. Furniture is all rusted.
6. They are giving blanket to the patient but without cover. Once the patient is discharged the same is used by other patient. That too when Covid19 is still prevailing.
7. If I talk about food which is served to the patient, then you will be shocked that they pack sugar in foil papers and give plastic spoons to mix sugar in tea. Whereas plastic is absolutely banned.
8. No cafeteria is there for patients' attendant. Only Barista is there which is a really costly affair. One can get food but they too give preference first for patients' food, which is quite right. When they are done with patients' lunch etc then they take orders.
9. Previously I was so impressed with the way they were maintaining their whiteboard on the second floor mentioning the details of patients and their treating doctors. This time it was updated somewhere in August.
So I request everyone to be careful before hand. Please do see all the pics and videos carefully
