Hi bought this mixed about 6 months back from amazon, I got it for a better price since there was some discount from amazon.Overall the product warrenty is 2 years and 5 years warranty for motor. I was very happy and it worked well for some time and we noticed some plastic smell coming out from the motor and suddently it stopped working.I went to the nearest service center and they have asked me about the warranty card, which will not get from the amazon. They will be giving the invoice but service center guys didn't agree with the invoice.I spoke with the amazon customer care and they told me like all the service centers are accepting the same and they have suggested me to call prestige customer care and I tried multiple times and each one of them are giving the different answers. Service center in our area denied to take it, again I called the customer care and they gave me another service center address. It was a horrible experience with prestige customer care and the service center .
PROS:
Nice looking and very handy
Very user friendly
Jars are excellent
CONS: 1. Product made with the normal quality plastic.
