I bought this Prestige Kettle back in 2012 and I have been using it 4-5 a week since then. It works great for me as I use it only for warming the water or milk. For water it take 60-70 seconds to boil and for milk upto 120-125 seconds. That is crazy fast in my opinion.
Cleaning the kettle is not that difficult but don't use hard brush because that can damage the coating of the kettle. If the coating gets damage by chance, milk will start sticking at the surface and would be harder to clean. So be careful otherwise it could ruin the kettle forever.
One thing that should be in mind that don't let milk boil in it because there is no way you can stop that because there is no option to control the temperature of the kettle and the milk will come out and you'll end up wasting lots of milk. I have donethis stupid thing 2-3 times and learnt my lesson. : -P
Overall this product is affordable and durable. After almost 4 years it still looks and works same. I can't comment on there after sale service because I didn't need to call them yet. : -)
