I am so sorry to write a review about this restaurant. Once I went to this hotel with my family when we went to Mumbai for a family tour.
We order some biriyani, Dosa and fried rice. They served the food on time. But I didn't like the taste of food. Biriyani is not spicy and I got some detergent taste. Only for the biriyani only we felt the bad taste. We could not had it. And we called the staff and told the problem.
So he took back the biriyani and again served the another food. For that also again we felt the same. When we again told this matter to the staff he got angry and talked to us in rude manner.
Later we told the incident to the manager of that restaurant and he solved the problem. The ambiance is not good and very noisy with polluted place. Every where we can see some food waste with many house flies.
The setting of tables and chairs are good but very congested place. Even the washroom is also not cleaned one. The staffs are not helpful and not considering the customers convenience.
The rate of the food is reasonable, but they didn't reduce the price of biriyani. We wasted our money for that. Many customers had the same problem from this restaurant.
So my family and me is not satisfied with this restaurant .
