Worst service ever - never go for their service. Review on Pragati Packers and Movers

I have shifted through many packers and movers. This is the worst packers and movers I have encountered ever. There is no negative star rating here otherwise I would give a "minus 5" rating for these cheaters.

I had to shift from Bangalore to Tamilnadu. A guy came and gave a quotation without GST(purposively left it out). I agreed to pay 80% of the money initially and the remaining 20% after the goods are delivered. He agreed and all looked good. The next day, the packers came - packed everything and left my place saying that I can make the payment after I receive a call from them.

Later a person called me and asked me for money including GST. I wondered why GST was not told up front in the quotation. After a few arguments, we agreed to it also. Then they said that I need to pay nearly 90% of the total pay - which was not initially agreed with the person who came for a quotation. I wanted to talk about the 80-20 split that was originally agreed, but they never listened.

They cut our call. When we called them again, someone would pick and say that they would call back after 10 minutes which they would never do. They will frustrate you to the core. This in-charge in Bangalore, Suresh Singh, is the worst guy ever. All they planned was to get 90% of the money from me and then they would hand over the goods to a third party, whose transport charge is 10%. So that it would later become the headache between the transport and us, and they can smartly move out of all this.

After some initial arguments, I even paid 90%(was worried since the goods were with them).

They kept saying that the goods will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days, again no response, cutting the call abruptly or saying that they would call after 10 minutes. I was angry and frustrated. Unimaginable number of calls I have made to them without getting any proper response.

Finally, they gave a transport in-charge Venu's number(who is a third party). His commission is 10% after one of his drivers(combine other goods going to towns nearby my town - multiple deliveries) and deliver it and collect the 10% from me. But that driver missed my bike and started moving. I told him that I would not collect items without the bike. He didn't listen.

After many arguments, overcall with the driver, with Venu and with Pragati(who refuse to take responsibility as their 90% is already paid). The driver kept insisting to receive the remaining goods and that he would give the bike later. I didn't agree. And then he kept my goods in his relative's place(God knows where he kept) and waited for the bike to arrive.

Finally, the goods arrived after 2 weeks since it was picked. He didn't agree to unload the goods as agreed initially. Worst experience with sleepless nights.

All that Pragati says is a lie. Never ever go for their service and suffer.
