I had called Portea yesterday for treatment for my wife who was vomiting and needed injection as medicines were not working.

They responded saying that treatment will only be possible on Monday. Upon pleading that it was an emergency, they said that what about Sunday? I told them it was an emergency and they said that they cannot attend to her now and asked me to ask help at nearby hospital. Is this the home care they provide?

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. However, we do not provide emergency healthcare services and during those cases, we always ask the patient to reach out to the nearest hospital.
