Port Blair is the capital of Andaman. It is a major tourist attraction in the andamans, It has air and sea connectivity with major cities of India.

You can go there by plane or a ship. I preferred ship and it was an awesome experience. 3 days and 2 nights in the sea.does that sound amazing enough but if you are short of time take a plane.

Things to do:

-Visit Cellular Jail or Kala Pani in Port Blair

Cellular Jail is drenched in colonial and political history. Indian freedom fighters were jailed and gruesomely executed by the British in these confines. You ca watch light show there which is very heart touching. You can also watch picture gallaries ang the things which preserv from those days.

Chatam Saw Mill

The craft lover of wood can see many wooden things and the mill. We can also perches wooden articles there but they are littlebit expensive but unique. From the jetty passenger jetty is available for Bamboo flat and Dundus Point.

-Ross island

It is the most beautiful place . it was the capital of British Empire. You can take a guide there. Her name is Anuradha . She talked with many birds and animals . it was really amazing experience to watch 300+ dears at a time and Peacocks dancing . we can touch all animals n stay with ttthaem . it was my first experience that I touch a stag. Must visit. You can see the bislery plant which was started by british. In those days they used to bath, wash and drink mineral water.

Northbay Island

It is printed on 20 Rs note. It is consider as a heaven of water.
