This is one of the cases of the cheating happening at most of the service centres but fortunately I had raised the voice with another customer who experienced the same. I had given for the 1st paid service of the Bajaj avenger bike at Popular Bajaj. Two days after going to collect the bike I was charged for the oil replacement. One of the customer who also came to collect the bike had fight with service center regarding use of degraded oil. I then insisted to check the oil replaced in my bike.
They refused to do but when I went to manager, it was ultimately checked and to my surprise, the oil was heavily dirty and brownish in color not like the new one. The person told that may be the engine was dirty which is why the color is dark. They did not accepted it but after few altercation the manager told to replace again with new oil infront of me but he also did not accept that the oil was the old oil.
