I have applied for Canara HSBC Oriental term insurance through Policy bazaar. The counseller Mr. Rohit Yadav was very committed and explained and convinced me to buy the Term policy of 1 Cr sum assured. I paid the premium amount of Rs. 18617/- on 2/12/2017. Later due to worst service and unprofessional treatment by CHO insurance,
I cancelled the policy in last week of December 2017. I sent several emails to policy Bazaar Executive Mr Roshan who kept on convincing me that he has forwarded my cancellation request and my money will be refunded very soon. but there was no response until the end of Jan 2018. I called him not less than 100 times for followup. most of the time he used to disconnect or avoid my call.
Later on, 30/01/2018 when I initiated the direct followup with Canara HSBC, I understood that there is no such request for cancellation is received from Policybazaar at their end. so they actually go my cancellation request on 30th of Jan and then later they released my money on 15th Feb 2018.
In this entire process policybazaar was found very irresponsible and least caring for the refund fo customers money. I do not suggest anybody to purchase policy through policy bazaar. while purchaing these fake people sound very sweet and at the time of grivances they literally harrase you mentally.
