Policybazar A Horrifying Exp Policy no C410109041. Review on Policybazaar

I am writing to share my absolutely dreadful experience with Tata AIA and Policybazar, in the hopes of preventing others from falling victim to their deceptive practices. I initially inquired about a term insurance policy through Policybazar, and the agent assigned to me, Priyanka(and Vikas Gupta was also involved), was incredibly helpful and responsive before I paid my initial premium. This friendliness, however, proved to be a complete facade.

As soon as I made the payment, policybazar agent Priyanka blocked my number! This was utterly shocking and unprofessional. When I finally managed to contact her through other means, she callously stated that she was not responsible for any refund issues should I choose to cancel the policy. This is a blatant disregard for customer service and demonstrates a complete lack of accountability.

This experience has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of both Tata AIA and Policybazar. If they resort to such tactics for a simple refund, what can be expected when it comes to actual death claims? I shudder to think of the difficulties my family would face trying to receive a payout after my death. I have serious doubts that these companies would honor their commitments.

While I was fortunate enough to only lose my initial premium, I fear for others who may have larger sums at stake. My strong recommendation is to stay far away from Tata AIA and Policybazar, and especially their agents like Priyanka and Tata Tata AIA agent 004967389 and Vishal Gupta - BPW47751. They are, in my opinion, nothing more than scammers and fraudsters. Do not trust them with your life insurance needs. There are far more reputable and trustworthy insurance providers out there. Please, learn from my mistake and choose wisely.

I am waiting for my refund amount which I paid initially to registered my first term premium. Because it is rejected due to medical examination failed. I should receive my refund automatically. But it has been two months now. Still did not receive yet.
