WARNING! DO NOT USE POLICYBAZAAR!
Everyone, listen up! If you care about your peace of mind, DO NOT trust Policybazaar for your insurance needs! My experience has been a total nightmare, and I’m absolutely furious!
In July 2024, I bought bike insurance from Bajaj through Policybazaar, and they listed someone else’s name(Rameshchandra) instead of mine(SHIVEK TULI)! I showed them proof that last year’s insurance had my correct name, but they refuse to fix their mistake!
To make things worse, my account name has been changed to Rameshchandra, and they ignore my requests to change it back to SHIVEK TULI. It feels like they’re playing games with me!
I’ve sent countless emails, and every response is still addressed to Rameshchandra. Instead of fixing this mess, they keep asking for more money since July! How is this even okay? I keep getting messages saying, “Hello Mr. Rameshchandra, please pay this amount, ” when it should be for me! This is beyond frustrating!
On top of that, they canceled my name change request in September 2024. Now, I have to raise another request, and they keep telling me to deal with Bajaj directly. I’m drowning in emails and messages from Bajaj demanding payment under someone else’s name! This is completely outrageous!
And what about the consumer court? I reached out to @ConsumerCourt, but after a month, I still have no updates. They have been no help at all!
This entire situation has been maddening. I’ve tried everything and gotten zero resolution.
Let this be a warning to everyone: save your time, money, and sanity. DO NOT buy anything from Policybazaar—go through an agent instead!
