I have purchased this product because I would like to know my physical status in jogging, walking and running and want to maintain my heart because nowadays healthy people are suffering with heart disease.
They are promising that battery backup is fo one day but it lasts only for 5-6 hours.
But after using it a month I understood that I got cheated by the seller and got several technical issue with this fitness band. Firstly, the display fluctuates while running or jogging and not properly visible. The price I have paid is very much for these features. It is not a known brand but we have to pay much for it.
And after several days when used other fitness band and calculated my heart rate by doctor then it is totally different from what the Polar fitness band shows.
I have to do several tries to contact customer care and then get replied by them after several tries by e-mail. They asked me to send the product to their location. I sended it then he carried my product to different city and couried it to my residence after repair but the fluctuation didn't repaired.
I have experienced bad and would suggest not to buy this one.
