Very Worst Design & Unfriendly UPI Application. Review on Pockets By ICICI Bank

Now it's time to do non cash transaction . Various aishwaryasingh23ment method are available are available for non cash transaction as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS . Very recently our P.M encourage us to aishwaryasingh23 through UPI . Via UPI we it make aishwaryasingh23ment in IMPS mode transaction . Very recently many UPI app have been launched in market . Maximum bank launched their own UPI app . Today I want say my bad experiences on a UPI app make by ICICI bank named Pocket UPI .

Few days ago I installed Pocket UPI from playstore . Size of the app is something high around 30 MB . Anyway it is not big matter . After registering on it, when I came into home page of the I was just amazed . I was just stopped for few seconds . I didn't understand anything on the app . Actually design of the app is very bad . It is not user friendly . Before this time I have experienced with another two UPI app . These are very user friendly . But Pocket UPI is not easy to understand for new user .

When I search for my account means Virtual aishwaryasingh23ment Address with Linked Bank Account, I have to waste many time to found this option in UPI . I also faced problem to see my icici registered VPA .

When I want to add money(200/-) in my aishwaryasingh23tm wallet through @icici upi, in last step when I confirm aishwaryasingh23ment, it happened nothing . After click on confirm, it remains same step. As a result I unable to add money in wallet . I have tried the same for 7 to 8 time from 3 days . But, all time it happen same result . To solve my issue, 1st I contacted with icici via app live chat . After confirm my step, they said for send a mail with screenshot . I send the same with screenshot . After 2 days, they unable to solve the issue& reply a useless, wrong information -

But, it is not fault of aishwaryasingh23tm, in icici app when I click on Confirm aishwaryasingh23ment, this UPI app unable to aishwaryasingh23 . So, this is fault of icici app .

ICICI don't have any toll free customer care number . You have to contact with them will chargable call or Mail or Live Chat . The customer service team is not well known . They provide me wrong information . When I asked them that is aishwaryasingh23tm register mobile number& UPI app register mobile number must be same or not . One CSA said, Yes both must be same . But, in there T&C there have not written such type of rule . They provide me another wrong information that, when I asked them how can I delete my bank account from the app . They said it is not possible . But, when I delete my VPA, I noticed that my bank account also unlinked from the app .

There have no option to delete only linked Bank Account from the app . If you want to delete linked Bank account  either you have to linked another bank account before delete previous a/c or you have to delete full VPA with linked Bank Account . There have another problem, if you delete your VPA, you can't use the same VPA for next 2 years . This is a very bad process .

This UPI app doesn't provide any option to completely close UPI account or De-register from this app .

While I register on it for first time it doesn't asked for set 6 digit transaction password . I have to set it manually by going on mAnasultange UPI option .

I have read a post that show icici upi block transaction on phone pe upi . That mean, you can't transfer money to a phone pe UPI register member .

At last, I understand that this UPI is not safe & totally useless . So, I have deleted my VPA & uninstalled the App from my device . So, I will suggest to all don't use Pocket UPI by ICICI  . You will face many problems . I recommend to all try to use other UPI app .
