To all parents, if someone from this institution reach out , pls don't get into it. They are a scam to cheat and take money. They give a free trail and male sure u and ur kid are impressed and later they will have a class to dicuss the plan and trap you to pay immediately and also gibe give concession and part payment offer . Once u have paid , they will schedule the class , and when u sit for the online class , no one turns up. They will keep you waiting. Later they will call and say sorry and reschedule you. After multiple times of same scenario, when u ask for refund , they throw the policy on ur face and force to take 5 classes. When u deny and ask for refund , no one will respond or mail you . Even u mail or send a message to Kunal Malik who claims to be the CEO of planet spark , will never bother to revert back. As he got his money and won't care to refund.
I have been making 100 of calls and messages but no responds .
Nishta ( Manager ) , Ms Aastha ( counselor ) are the main mastermind who will trap you .
Faizan ( Backend department) will send mail saying he will resolve the issue , but it never happens .
Parents pls be aware of these people and this institution.
Iam going to raise FIR against this institution and will file a case in consumer court against them .
