I purchase a trouser from planet fashion, indiranagar, Bangalore and it was a defective piece,
On request, they refuse to replace the piece. Till so far, neither they return my money back and neither they replace the piece.
The worst part is yet to come. I talked to customer service department of madura fashion garment and in 10 days, I didnt get a single response. Always I received a drafted sorry mail that is but no action.
In my opinion we should bycott such store which cheat normal people.
