Its again a pathetic experience from Pizza Hut CMH Road. You guys commit 30 mins or Free in that way I should have had all my pizza's free of cost till date. Today it was heights that even after one and half hour pizza was not delivered and when I called up your call center call was disconnected by executive.
Post that person calls up from CMH Road store asking me address and confirming he will start from store. Called up call center again executive says Manager of CMH road manager will call up however as per the last experiences there was no call.
My son was crying due to hunger which was so sad. I think people who are having kids should not order pizza from Pizza Hut also people should order pizza atleast 2 hours prior of getting hungry. Dont know when you guys will understand the problem of customers.
