This is not a session for the intellectuals and gyaani variety-- Those with such an outlook can go and ponder over the finnesse of a Mississipi Masala or Goutam Ghosh's "paar" variety of art films. Here when we throw our lot with the pirates its just mayhem and madness and reckless abandon...... Hell with rationale, , , , , , , savvy eh mate?? What say you??? Having said that and straightemned up the spoil sports let's flutter our skull & bone emblem and let loose the seadogs of yore...

Aah! Now that’s what I call a

scrumptious multi-cuisine blockbuster. Err why not? The 3rd serving

of the Pirates Of The Caribbean turns out to be that and much more—dramatic

twists, teasing scripts, catchy dialogues, acting, humor-- straight up and

twisted, suspense, adventure, action, pace, sounds and cinematics—Its all here.

And on top of that you have a maverick multidimensional entertainer named

Johnny Depp.

Rewind: Jack Sparrow finally decides to face his nemesis, draws his sword and jumps into mouth of the

monstrous Kracken (giant squid). Liz, Will & the remaining pirates end up

pining over his loss at Witch Tia’s den. Evil Lord Admiral Norrington has Davey

Jone’s heart in his hands. According to legends he who has the heart holds

command over the oceans. No wonder the Lord and the East India Company now

rules the dark forces that terrorize the depths. With no Captain Jack Sparrow

to stand between this sinister nexus, is it the end? Ye scurvy-riddenmangy

seadogs. Never ye abandon hope when the name of Jack Sparrow is still being

lipped…

The movie opens up with the East

India Company, and the British Navy wrecking havoc on scores of pirates and

pirate sympathizers, hanging and trying them for their piratical deeds. No

wonder this doesn’t augur well for Will (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth (Knightly) and

Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) who are looking for a way to rescue Capt. Jack

Sparrow from Davy Jone’s locker. After a few dramatic events Jack Sparrow and

the Black Pearl are found in a kind of purgatory made up of sand and strange

crabs. The trio rescues Jack just in time for an epic summit meeting between

the nine pirate lords about how to deal with the threat of the East India

Company.

The Flying Dutchman and the dark

forces, under the control of the East India Trading Company, wreak havoc across

the Seven Seas. Navigating through treachery, betrayal and wild waters, Sparrow

and his mates forge their way to Singapore to confront the cunning Chinese

Pirate Sao Feng (Chow Yun-Fat). Feng is captain of the red-sailed pirate ship

Empress. There is talk of a mysterious "sea Goddess" Calypso (Tia) who can counter the dark forces of Davey Jones. Now each must ultimately choose a side in a final, titanic battle - as not only their

lives and fortunes, but the entire future of the free-spirited Pirate way,

hangs in the balance.

Every character has its due role

in the story to play, and Sparrow’s duel punch brainteasers are always around

the corner. Johnny Depp is the pivot of the movie and there’s no doubt about

that. Chow Yun is as charismatic and dashing as ever. And you have the lissome and raviishing Kiera as well! Yeah man yeah! Action as hilarious and

exciting as it gets in such flicks and fabulous cinematic to keep you glued to

your seats.

The colossal sea battle on the fringes of a stormy dark turbulent

ocean and the rattling of cutlasses along the thin edges of a wavering mast is

absolutely breath taking as Sparrow battles out Octopus faced Davey Jones. Full

marks to director Verbinsky & Jerry Bruckheimer for making such a mega

galactic blockbuster entertainer.

The storyline is definately much better than the previous part and the 2nd half of the movie does a wonderful job of tying up all the loose ends. Ah well ala Jack Sparrow style cuz there some twisters left at the end that very definately suggest another sequel. I mean young Turner ending up with the binding spell of Davvy Jones on him, and Sparrow's new search for the "Water of life" None the less "At worlds End" is a must watch (at least

several times) for all those dying Depp fans. For the rest it’s real roller coaster ride to sky-rocket off your rocker!!!!!!!  Host your Jolly-Rogers, load your pistols and go

for it  :) Savvy eh mate?
