Hi Guys...how r u all?

Long time after I saw a movie, Pinjar.

Before coming to film, I want to say something

In hindi its usually said,

Ek Beti jahan hoti he wahan barkat hoti he,

Kaha jata he ki jise kanyadaan karne ka mauka milta he uske paap dhul jate hein

Guys, a girl is a daughter, sister, wife, mother and at every such stage she is the life of the family, she is a friend and she does so much for the family, she cares so much for the family, she can do anything for a family. She has her own self guts. So doesn't she deserves the most respectful life in family and society?

But we men, who always think we are superior to them, snatch away their respect. A female is devoid of her respect not only outside family but inside families also. Is there any route in this whole world where a young female girl can go safely without men noticing her? Is there any parent in this world who isn't careful about the daughters life. A prestige of a female is a prestige of a family.

Anyways, I just wanna say, we should try to respect this creation of God that is called, Female.

Coming to the movie, PINJAR is an art film. But really successfully made and deserves National Award. As all other Art films are usually boring, Pinjar is no exception. Yes, now u will say that one side I am saying the movie deserves National Award and on the other side I am saying that it is a boring movie.

Well, the story is really a thought provoking story.

STORY- Urmila is engaged with Sanjay and Sanjay's sister Sandali, is engaged with Urmila's brother Priyanshu. But before marriage Urmila is kidnapped by Manoj, who is a muslim. He kidnapped her under his family pressure coz of some old enemity between the Urmila's ancestors family and Manoj's ancestors family. After 15 days she manages to run away from there and goes back to her home where her parents refuse to accept her as they fear the societal questions.

Urmila comes back. There Priyanshu and Sandali are married and Urmila's younger sister is married with Sanjay's cousin. Priyanshu wants to search for Urmila but his parents doesn't allow him. He secretly does all this. There Urmila marries Manoj and becomes pregnant but cudnt give birth due to some complications.

Political problem of country is deteriorating. Its 1947 and the country is divided and riots are going on. Every one of the family is separted. Sandali is kidnapped by a muslim and her brother and husband keep finding her. Surpisingly Urmila meets Sanjay and he tells all about the happening to her. Now Manoj and Urmila take pledge to find Sandali out in the village and they manage to find her and inform to Sanjay.

Finally she is being given back to Sanjay and there Priyanshu also finds Urmila and Manoj tells her to go back with her brother. But then she refuses to go back coz now she has adapted to her muslim life.

Great story. I really loved it.

The movie cud have been made much more interesting. Comedy was nowhere in the movie and it was needed to free the viewer from such a serious story. No actor has been given more than 15 minutes of total role except Urmila. Priyanshu, Sanjay, Sandali, Isha, and even Manoj were all mere guest actors in the movie.

Music is really nice but lyrics are really appreciable.

PERFORMANCE-

Isha Koppikar in full clothes!!!!........though it was indigestible but she really looked cute.

Urmila's acting was not so good, but the role was so strong that this thing goes unnoticeable.

Priyanshu's concern for his sister is really emotional. His acting was normal.

Sandali's acting was very good. She proved that she is a good actress.

Manoj's acting was as always best.

Sanjay's role was though boring, weak but he did it well. Especially in the song Watna Ve.

Overall movie is a worthwatching movie. Though it doesn't have comedy. And it promises to make u feel sad for whole 3 hrs and females beware, please bring yr hankies with u to wipe yr tears. Young guys, sorry nothing sexy sort of thing in the movie here. Music lovers its nice for you. Please guys I want u to just atleast once listen to the https://lyrics. They are really nice.
