Poor Service at This Outlet. Review on Pind Balluchi, Connaught Place, New Delhi

Dear Friends, Pind balluchi as mostly knows a big retail chain in the field of Restaurants. I have visited his one of the Chain situated at Hari Nagar, Behind Deen Dayal Upadhayay Hospital in Last Year it was little ok. Before 20 days we went to Pind Balluchi - Connaught Place- ND. It was not a good experience I would say, due to I personally a fan of Pind so we went there.

The best part of that restaurant is Ambience, nothing else. I am very much surprised to see that here they do not give value to the customers time, serve the food very late. Although Restro was not fulfill completely but despite that service was not satisfactory & upto mark. The stuff which they serve is good but they serve it in old bronze crockery.

I would not recommend this restro to anyone due to the followings reason:-

• Waiting service is long enough, despite restro not fulfill as its capacity

  
  




• They do not value for customer timing

  
  




• Food quality not good

  
  




• I am surprised to see that although Restro not fully occupied then they took half an hour, else what the time they take to serve.

  
  




• This is worst outlet of this Retail chain

  
  




• Not desrve the Money they demand as the service is poor provided by them

  
  

so pls avoid to go into this outlet in particular
