Hybrid Shifting Solutions India Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

My items reached the destination and I was informed just when the truck was about to reach the final destination. I was getting incessant calls directly from the labour personnel who was extremely rude and told me that if I am unable to reach the address & procure the gate pass within 1 hr then he won’t get my stuff unloaded. I tried reaching the Pikkol team but as usual nobody was available on the number provided and finally when after trying for almost 30 mins I could able to talk to my move manager, he was absolutely clueless about the situation and was not aware about who is going to take care of unloading and unpacking at the destination address.


Finally after wasting my time talking to incompetent people at Pikkol I decided to go ahead with the unloading with whatever resources were available with the transportation team (team was not even aware that there is a company with the name of Pikkol that exits). It took almost 4 hrs to unload the items and during this time I didn’t get even a single call from Pikkol and there was no Pikkol representative present at the location. This clearly shows that they are not only giving pathetic service but are also running a ghost company.


After unloading the items the transportation team refused to unpack the stuff and it is only after I decided to involved the society security staff asking them not to allow the truck to exit the society, the team agreed and unpacked just few items (Refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, sofa set and gas stove). Not even a single furniture item was assembled back and the packaging debris was thrown right over the packed boxes in the hall and the team refused to remove the debris from the house saying that it’s not there responsibility to dispose the same.


The packed boxes were thrown and stacked over one another without giving any consideration to the nature of the item inside the box.


The entire experience is no less than a nightmare for me. I am absolutely confident that the entire Pikkol team (if at all this company exists) is a bunch of incompetent people who are trained in trapping customers and providing pathetic services through a 3rd party vendor.
